Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests for all courses, except the Simulation Hands-On Course, must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. The booking fee for the Simulation Hands-On Course is non-refundable.
  • Access Limitations: To qualify for a refund, users must not have accessed more than 10% of the course content. Access is determined by the progress tracker in your account.
  • Downloading Content or Sharing Personal Information of Account: Sharing your credentials is prohibited and violates our policy. Downloading classes and study materials is not permitted.
  • If any malware or activity against our policy is detected, your course validity will be terminated immediately without prior notice or refund.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for discounted enrollments are only applicable if no course classes have been accessed.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for portions of courses or unused classes are not available.

  • If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be granted after verification.
  • If Excellence For MRCS fails to provide the desired course and its contents.

  • If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us immediately. We will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • If you have submitted the complaint or refund request after 7 days from the date of enrollment.
  • If you have already accessed more than 10% of the course content, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • If you download any content and share your personal data with anyone else, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If you complete an activity (play a video, download materials) and proceed with the course, you will not be eligible for a refund request.
  • Payment for the Simulation Hands-On Course is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If your payment method is no longer active, inform us immediately to explore alternative refund options.

Special Cases

  • Refunds During Promotions: Refunds for promotional purchases will be calculated based on the promotional price, and any bonuses or perks associated with the promotion will be revoked.
  • Currency and International Transactions: Refunds are processed in the original purchase currency. Bank fees or exchange rate fluctuations are not refundable.
